The elevation of individual's physical fitness is considered as a key point at the time of "Health Promotion". For working employees, it would be beneficial to their occupations and lives if their physical conditions were above the average level. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between specialization of vocational workers' recreational sports, self-reported health and physical fitness. 203 working employees from Taichung city served as the subjects and the research duration was from the beginning September to the end of November in 2012. The subjects were required to fill out the SF-36 questionnaires and physical fitness tests and the results were as followed: 1. Among employee soccer players' specialization level, the ranking was beginner (51.7%), Novice (25.6%), intermediate (16.3%) and professional (6.4%). 2. The more professional skills they performed, the better physical conditions (muscularity, agility and aerobic level) they possessed (P<0.01). 3. The higher scores (PF) they obtained, the superior abilities of agility and aerobic exercise level they performed (P<0.001). It is concluded that the elevated skills level of employee soccer players would positively help them to improve their health and physical conditions.
