The function of education is to enhance the ability of graduates. The university often provides internship course to students in order to understand the real work doing and combine the theory and practice. By doing this, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among job satisfaction, and professional commitment, and organizational commitment of college interns. The effectiveness of internship theory as a theoretical framework explains intern's thoughts. The participants were 142 students randomly selected from one school in Tainan city. The findings showed that the significant positive correlations among job satisfaction, professional commitment, and organizational commitment. The results suggest that future researchers can use qualitative methodology or mixed research to explore the meanings of this issue.
