合作搜尋讓人們在網路合作空間中解決遭遇到共同問題，實現小組分工合作之目的。這樣合作搜尋方式讓弱勢的學習者能獲得專家協助並解答問題。本研究探索使用者對合作搜尋系統使用的意願，以科技接受模型為依據設計問卷，進行評估學習者的行為意願。在建置合作搜尋系統TomoSearch過程中，探討學習者的行為意願使用合作搜尋系統可能反應出五種感受因素，分別為系統功能性、系統滿意度、合作活動、使用者態度及系統接受度。統計分析結果證實這五種感受因素之間線性路徑呈現正相關性，而且提出合適的接受度模型是能促進合作搜尋系統發展。
Collaborative Search provides a collaborative space in Internet and allows people to solve their search problems to complete their group works. People can learn from each other and guide less experienced members through their searches. In this study, we aimed to explore learners' attitudes toward collaborative search systems. We developed a questionnaire based on Three-Tier Use Model (3-TUM) for evaluating learners' attitudes toward collaborative search systems. We conducted that five attitude factors (system functions, system satisfaction, collaborative activities, users' attitudes, and system acceptance) should be examined at the same time when building a collaborative search system. The results also provide an acceptance model for understanding learners' behavioral intention of facilitating collaborative search systems.
