網球競賽中，比賽場地的差異，對於選手的賽前準備扮演著極為關鍵的角色，在不同的場地中比賽，球的彈跳幅度、球落地後的速度、每回合的擊球與選手腳步移位方法皆大相逕庭。本文將依據不同比賽場地特性，針對網球選手技術涵養與賽前體能訓練方式等二個部分作探討，希望提高選手於不同場地競賽時的調整能力，找出適合選手本身的擊球型態，將戰術謀略發揮至極致，藉以提升選手的競技表現。

In tennis competitions, the divergence of courts plays a crucial role in the players’ preparations before a game. The bouncing range of a ball, the speed of a ball hitting the ground, the ways a player hits a ball or moves his feet differ in different courts. Based on the properties of different courts, this research tries to discuss further on players’ techniques and pre-game physical trainings. The objective of this study is to reinforce and adjust our tennis players’ technique and strategies in accordance with different tennis courts, which will help boost our players’ competition performances.
