女性主義的發展起源於十五世紀，但真正具影響力的女性主義運動卻從十九世紀中期開始，這正好是現代奧林匹克運動會復甦之時。本文藉由文獻覽閱及評析之方式，探究女性主義之崛起對於女性參與運動權利之提升及社會對於女性參與競技運動的公平待遇，進而延伸至女子身心障礙運動員參與競技運動之表現影響，並針對未來如何提升女子身心障礙運動員之成就表現與參與動機來共同思考。

Historical evidence showed that the earliest idea of feminism started back to fifteen century. However, the most powerful movement of feminism began in nineteen century while the Olympics game was re-found. This article through access to and analysis of the literature, explore the rise of feminism for women's participation in sport sports promotion and the rights of society to female participation in sports justice, which extends to women physically and mentally handicapped athletes to participate in impact sport s performance, and how to enhance the achievements of women physically and mentally handicapped athletes of the future with the motivation to thinking.
