題名:羅許分析在編製運動賽會服務品質量表之應用

本研究的主要目的在於應用羅許模式於學生選手知覺賽會服務品質量表,建立量表等距客觀測量模式。以2010年全國大專校院運動會學生選手為施測對象,回收有效問卷377份。結果顯示量表題項可視為測量學生整體知覺賽會服務品質之單一向度;修正後4 點尺度較原5點尺度適合用於羅許模式分析;實證資料與模式整體適配度以及受試者適配度皆達可接受標準,題項適配度分析後刪除4個適配度不佳之題項;底定後34題之量表得以利用羅許模式估算題項難度以及受試者知覺分數,「環境設施」因素題組難度較高,而「成果體驗」因素題組難度較低,題項難度性別恆等成立;大專運動會學生選手知覺賽會服務品質得分在性別、組別和參賽次數上無顯著差異,但體操項目選手得分顯著高於游泳項目選手。本研究結論為以學生選手知覺賽會服務品質量表蒐集之大專運動會資料符合羅許模式,亦即本研究量表得以利用羅許測量模式達到等距和客觀測量的目的,冀望未來能提供學界相關研究之應用。
The main purpose of this study was to apply the Rasch model to student athletes perceived event service quality scale and to construct the interval and objective measurement model for the scale. Total three hundred and seventy-seven valid questionnaires were collected from the student athletes of 2010 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games. The results indicated that the scale can treat as uni-dimensional measurement for overall student perceived event service quality. A modified 4-point rating scale was found more suitable than original 5-point scale to Rasch model analysis. The global model fit and person fit were found to be acceptable with the empirical data. Item fit analysis showed that 4 misfit items need to be eliminated from the scale. With the determined 34- item scale, the Rasch model was utilized to estimate item difficulties and participant perceived scores. The most difficult items of the scale were observed from the ”Environment and Facility” factor and the easiest were found from the ”Accomplishment and Experience” factor. Furthermore, the items’ difficulties were invariant by gender. The differences of estimated scores were found not significant by gender, compete level and participate frequency for student athletes perceived service quality about the Intercollegiate Athlete Games. However, gymnastic athletes showed a significant higher score than swimming athletes. This study concludes that the data obtained with student athlete perceived event service quality scale from the National Intercollegiate Athletic Games fit with the Rasch model, which means Rasch model is able to meet the purpose to have interval and objective measure. It could be used for related studies in future.
