酒文化是中國文化的重要遺產，它代表了中國社會演進、經濟發展與人們的心理。「酒」對於詩歌創作如雨露之於種子，陽光之於大地。它激起人們萬古情思，令人情緒澎湃，情志畢露。先秦詩人無不以「酒」為題材，使酒文化與酒詩藝術有著千絲萬縷的連繫和糾葛，在文學上，「詩」與「酒」就此展開漫長而微妙的關係，孕育了中國最具代表性之飲酒詩。先秦時期的飲酒詩應為醞釀期，它深深地影響著後代。如魏、晉、南北朝的發展期，東晉•陶淵明更是第一位以「酒」寄意遣懷的詩人；及至唐代詩人，更將生命與酒交融，孕育出飲酒詩的鼎盛期。筆者探討《詩經》飲酒詩，期能呈現其意涵，確定《詩經》飲酒詩在當代的地位與價值。

One of the vital heritages of Chinese culture is the drinking culture. It represents the development of society and prosperity of economy and peoples' mentality of China. "Wine" to poetry creation is like sunshine and water rain to the seeds. It arouses thousand years of sympathy and feelings. Previous Qin Dynasty poets often take "Wine" as the topic to reserve the tangled connection between Wine Culture and Wine Drinking Poetry Art, therefore poetry and drinking start to relationship on the long road of literature, which gives birth to representative drinking poems of china. The previous years of the Qin Dynasty are the cradle of Drinking Poetry, which deeply influences the following years. For example, in Wei, Jing, South and North, Tao Yuan-Ming of East Jing is the first poet who impacts Drinking Poetry into meanings. And Tang Dynasty is the climax time, the poets bring life with drinking in relation. The writer researches drinking poems in "the Book of Odes", it states that Drinking Poems in "the Book of Odes" has status and value in contemporary times.
