題名:血型類別與作業動作等級對學習效果之影響探討:以東南科大學生為例

生產線作業指派是依據各作業單元的標準時間進行作業指派。透過學習曲線理論,可快速地預估出作業之正常時間,進而獲得該作業的標準時間。為了瞭解血型類別與作業動作等級的不同是否影響操作員的學習效果,以利在制定各作業標準時間前生產線的人員指派,進而快速建立作業標準時間。因此,本論文將考慮不同血型的人員進行不同的作業動作等級之實驗,收集相關數據,進行血型類別與作業動作等級二因子對操作員的學習效果的探討。由實驗檢定結果可知,血型類別與作業動作等級兩因子皆會影響操作員的學習效果,但兩因子間無交互效果。據此結果,將可提供工廠聘任及作業指派適當作業人員之參考依據,以快速建立作業之標準時間及提升生產線之效率。
Task assignments into an assembly line are based on the standard times of the task elements. The standard time of a task can be quickly obtained by applying the theory of learning curve. For performing a certain task, the learning effect of an operator which can be affected by blood types and motion classifications is discussed in order to facilitate the assignments of operators into an assembly line before establishing the standard time of a task. Therefore, an experiment and analyses of variance for the two factors, blood types and motion classifications, upon the learning effect of an operator are conducted. Based on the results, the learning effect of an operator is affected by blood types and motion classifications, but the interactions between the two factors upon the learning effect are not significant. According to the above consequences, the tasks on the line can be assigned appropriately to operators so as to promptly establish the task standard time and improve the line efficiency.
