張岱(1597〜1689)爲晚明重要文人之一，也是小品文的集大成者，在他的 文章中，寫出明朝中期以後在社鲁上的經濟發展、器物發明，甚至生活之美學。 特別在飲茶方面，張岱在他的作品中寫下了不管是製茶、泡茶、茶具等等的發明 與運用，讓後世得己一窺明代飲茶風尙。 本論文將透過張岱的文章，簡單析出幾個明代飲茶的重點，期待作爲以後相 關硏究主題可資參酌的引子。

There was a famous writer named Zhang-Dai lived in the Ming dynasty. He was also an important writer that worked in the field of living articles. He wrote many articles about the development of economic and the inventions of daily necessities. Especially the tea life, he wrote many things about how to make tea and how to choose tea’s tools. We can understand the tea fashion about Ming dynasty through Zhang-Dai’s articles. This research will make focus on several habits or fashions that Zhang-Dai had written about tea life. By the way, This research will make a start that build a study in the tea life about Ming dynasty.
