環境變遷快速、產業與市場全球化,輔以創新的技術不斷誕生,造成產品生命週期越來越短,企業因應創新及知識時代的來臨必需培育具有創造力的人才,進而組成創新部門或團隊。創新很重要,但組織內員工若沒有創意,則沒有創新,因此如何提升員工創造力是企業生存中關鍵的議題。另外,由於地球的資源有限,許多的設計應考量使用範園愈廣,則利用率愈高,通用設計的引入亦趨重要。 本研究以探討創造性問題解決模式(Creative Problem Solving, CPS)結合TRIZ建構產品創新研發流程,並以一通用設計為例驗証其可行性。由CPS模式連貫思考主軸,針對產品開發為其標的,結合TRIZ技法於產品機構設計上之啓發,且因應全球化市場、生產及人口結構之改變,並融入通用設計為概念,使設計不只專著於使用者與生產者,而能再就其社會、文化、使用環境等加以思考,以提供一創新之思考流程。目的在提供一系統化及與現行教育政策相銜接之問題思考流程,並為此流程提供企業另一以差異化與藍海市場導向之創新方法,以提供可符合以跨越各種族群需求之產品。 本研究以一可變形狀與體積兼具美觀實用垃圾筒開發為例,經以CPS結合TRIZ之創新研究流程所產生之發明原則,導入通用設計原則進行產品思考方向,並提出實用且創新之設計構,由此可證明本研究之創新流程確實可行,不但可提供設計人員方便且快速的解題方式,其於企業內部員工之教育訓練,亦可發揮絕佳的效果,增進設計研發人員之能力。
This research aims at the model thinking of creative problem solving for product development. Differing from the typical education-based CPS model, this study, integrates with TRIZ heuristics method, considers world-wide markets, production, population structure and the Universal Design concept. The design not only pays attention to users and manufacturers, but also the different society background, cultures and environments of the potential users. It provides a procedure of systematic and education-related thinking model and guidance toward an innovative and blue sea policy for new products, which fulfills the needs of the people all around the world. This research also gives an example of the universal design of trash can, to illustrate the use of the proposed procedure in this article.
