本研究針對運動員，探討運動貼布對於其下肢柔軟度、肌力、肌耐力、爆發力、動態平衡等運動功能表現的影響，本研究以37名大學運動員，隨機分為三組(肌貼組、白貼組及控制組)，進行功能性運動表現測試，包括主動踝關節背屈與蹠屈活動度、垂直跳、肌力、肌耐力、及動態平衡測試。最後以單因子共變數分析來比較三組之間數據的差異，結果顯示在踝關節主動蹠曲角度上，白貼組相對於控制組有顯著的下降(P<.05)，肌力部分則是肌貼組相對於白貼組有達到顯著的上升(P<.05)，其餘各項測試數值沒有達到顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Kinesio taping and sports taping in lower extremity flexibility, muscles strength, muscles endurance, muscles power, dynamic balance for athletes. Thirty seven college athletes were randomly divided into three groups (kinesio taping (KT) group, Sports taping (ST) group and control group). Functional performance testing included the active ankle dorsiflexion and plantar flexion, vertical jump, muscles strength, muscles endurance and dynamic balance test. At last, we used the one-way ANCOVA to analyze the differences between the three groups. Results are displayed in the active plantar flexion of the ankle joint angle, ST group relative to the control group significantly decreased (P <.05), KT group relative to the ST group achieved significant increase in the muscle strength (P <.05), the rest of the test values didn’t reach significant difference.
