The main purpose of this study was to track and investigate Da-Yeh university students' physical fitness conditions (From school year 99-101) and eventually evaluate how physical activity classes improved students' physical conditions. Students who entered Da-Yeh University in the school year of 99 served as the subjects and 958 test scores were collected from the subjects. The test included body composition, flexibility, muscle fitness, agility and cardiovascular fitness. The data collected were statistically analyzed by descriptive, chi-square and paired sample t test methods. The results were as followed: (1) On the BMI analysis, the male students' average score was higher than that of the collegiate average mode and was between 50 to 60 percents.
