The goal of this study was to investigate the phenomenon and prevention for rowers' injury and provide the suggestions and strategies for rowers as well as coaches. The authors analyzed and ascribed on the basis of the existed literature. The results show that the most injury part in rowers is palm and knee and waist are the second and third places for the injury parts of rowers, respectively. The main and secondary contributors for the injuries of rowers are incorrect movements and insufficient warm-up. As a result, the main strategy for the prevention of rower injury is to pay attention to the accuracy of movements, in addition to sufficient warm-up.
