本研究之目的主要將組織文化視為中介變數,探討主管領導風格是否透過組織文化而影響組織績效,並且以高屏地區監理機關為例,導入平衡計分卡概念,分析三者間實際關係,實證結果如下: 一、轉換型領導風格對組織文化三個構面均有顯著影響。 二、轉換型領導風格對組織績效之財務、顧客、內部流程及學習與成長等構面有顯著影響。 三、組織文化三個構面與組織績效四個構面經個別分析結果,有部分影響,其中創新型組織文化對組織績效中之財務構面並無顯著影響。 四、轉換型領導風格會透過組織文化中介作用影響組織績效。
The purpose of this study is set organization culture as an intermediate variable, to explore whether the leadership style affect organizational performance. Analyze the actual relations among the three by using concept of the balanced scored card idea, and for an instance of the motor vehicles of Kaohsiung and Pingtung as an example,we are able to have the results under : 1. A transformational leadership style and organizational culture three dimensions were significantly related. 2. Transformational leadership style and organizational performance of financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth are significantly related. 3. The organizational culture of the three dimensions and organizational performance four dimensions by the individual analysis results, partially relevant, innovative organizational culture there is no positive effect on the financial dimensions of organizational performance. 4. Transformational leadership style on organizational performance, partly through the organization of cultural intermediaries results, transformational leadership style can not be through the establishment of innovative cultural and enhance the financial dimensions of organizational performance.
