With the trend of cutting-edge biometrics technology, biometrics security systems used in the increasingly common practice, and is claimed to help prevent crime; however, they rarely have from the perspective of situational crime prevention theory to its in-depth assessment. For this reason, this paper based on market research to identify the highest market share of mainstream technologies including: fingerprint, face recognition, iris recognition, and signature of the four types of biometric identification systems. Take the five dimensions of Clarke situational crime prevention theory as an indicator, the use of integrated operational risk management software (ORMIT V.3.0), analyzed individually assess the effect of its crime prevention and to discharge ranking. The results showed that the best is iris recognition system. The second is signature recognition system. The third is face recognition system, and the fourth is fingerprint identification system.
