邁入 21 世紀審度人類傳統社會既存的課題結構，又以快速地堆 砌出不少新舊衝突對壘的形勢；在生命跡象、文化演進、生活社 會、經濟形勢、傳播制度、資訊文本、教育體制等的環境中，有 關理論、實務、理念等的各領域上，都演繹出迴異於既往的新課 題形式。遠距教育的發展形勢，為期提供社會各界契合參與此一 新社會形勢脈動所需的知能素養與進修路徑，亦即是，一項藉由 數位傳播科技多工介面功能，在教育理念、學校經營與課程發展 領域中，整合傳統教育制度所作翻轉(Flipped)形式創新的成果， 助成啟蒙自我參與開放教育驅動的形式。 準此思維，觸及了再訪英國開放大學的意念，圖藉訪問「歐洲廣 播聯盟(European Broadcasting Union)」之便，酌勻兩日，轉身疾 赴英開。謹就21 世紀以來，該校在對應新世紀資訊經濟社會變革 形勢下，以數位技術為基礎所作教、學兩端，在遠距教學資訊知 能以及跨領域協作等機制上，所達成課程開發及制度建構的研發 成果，秉為取徑的目標。此刻為文的心情，反紂其時斯地與英開所作對談的內容與器識， 能見它是在一定高度上所帶出的新象和鉅視觀瞻；一項勇於創新 變革脈絡中知識實踐的軌跡。爰他山登頂之見聞審自處時空實虛 之動感，揣繫身頓挫之形式，終也能泌汲些許元素予省思啟發之 用，並將啟示供能激勵前行之能量。

Based on this thinking, visiting the Open University in UK, in the 21 century, the Open University school teaching methods, achievement, and development are the goal of my visiting. Through this thoughts and ideas as my energy to continue research in this area.
