本研究旨在瞭解遠東科技大學99學年度餐旅學院學生休閒運動倫理參與及休閒滿意度之現況，並探討不同性別學生在休閒滿意度之差異情形。以修編之「休閒滿意度量表」為研究工具，採立意抽樣法，以餐旅學院學生為研究樣本，問卷統計發出236份，回收問卷229份，資料回收後研究者逐題檢視，經剔除無效問卷後，統計有效問卷208份（有效回收率90.8%）。研究結果顯示：（一）遠東科技大學餐旅學院學生參與休閒運動之現況為：在休閒運動習慣中，以偶而為之147人（70.7%）為最高。在每週運動次數中，以每週1－2次96人（46.2%）為最高。在每次運動時間中，以1－2小時134人（64.4%）為最高。在運動類型上，以球類休閒運動147人（70.7%）為最高。（二）受試者在休閒滿意的各構面中以鬆弛層面及生理層面得分最高（平均數4.14），整體而言，受試者在休閒滿意度量表的得分仍屬中高程度（總平均數3.88）。（三）男生在心理層面、鬆弛層面及生理層面滿意度均高於女生。
This study aims to explore the current status and gender difference of leisure sport ethic participation and leisure satisfaction among Far East University students. A self-structured questionnaire was designed to collect empirical data. The subjects were Food and Leisure College students enrolled at Far East University in 2010. A total number of 208 usable samples were collected by purposive sampling. The rate of valid returns was 90.8%. The Findings were as follows:1. The current status of leisure sports participation: The highest ranking of participating leisure sports is sometimes (70.7%). The highest ranking of sport frequency per week is 1-2 times (46.2%). The highest ranking of sport category is ball games (70.7%).2. The highest scored domain in leisure satisfaction scale is relaxation and physiological domain (mean=4.14). The total mean of leisure satisfaction is moderately high (mean=3.88).3. Male students’ relaxation and physiological domain in leisure satisfaction scale is greater than female students'.
