The Holy Father's counseling is part of Trinity-archetypal counseling, which is an approach of pastoral counseling that advocates helping the clients know themselves and develop close god-man relationship based on the Bible. Through Trinity counseling, the grace of the God of Trinity is injected into the clients' minds, heal them and pacify their spiritual traumas, while the clients are assisted to know themselves, exploit their potential talents and find their places in the world (callings). The Holy Father's counseling comes from the tenth Chapter of Between Man and God and talks about how God pacifies human beings' emotions and problems after the fall and instruct them to repent, turn back to Him and rebuild the relationship between Man and God. This article is meant to present the dynamic progress of the application of Trinity counseling to archetypal counseling through the Holy Father's counseling. First, we interpret God's creation of man in Genesis, point out the uniqueness of man; then we explicate how the principle of the Holy Father's counseling lies in being close to God, the fellowship with God and divinization, shedding light on how the grace of the Father leads to man's return to God and recovery.
