題名:槲皮素對於運動引發體內氧化壓力及運動表現上之影響

槲皮素(Quercetin, QE)為多酚化合物中類黃酮之一,廣存於日常食用之蔬果中,屬強抗氧化劑,且其另具有抗發炎、抗病毒、增強免疫能力及預防心臟病和動脈硬化等功效。多項研究證實槲皮素可降低運動所造成的氧化傷害,並提昇抗氧化酵素含量及降低過氧化物丙二醛產生,推測QE可能藉由抑制黃嘌呤氧化酶之機制,降低運動所誘發之組織器官缺氧血?再灌注所生成之活性氧及抑制脂質過氧化之過程,降低體內自由基所造成之氧化傷害。另外,QE在人體及動物模式發現,可提昇VO2max、運動耐受性及小鼠輪轉的活動力。QE藉由增加小鼠大腦與比目魚肌中PGC-1(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator-1 α)與SITR1(sirtuin 1)之蛋白質濃度,進而調控細胞內粒線體之生合成,增加ATP能量的產生;此外,可能與QE為腺苷A1接受拮抗劑及類似咖啡因之神經興奮劑作用而增加運動表現及延緩疲勞有關。綜合以上結果顯示,QE可改善運動所誘發之抗氧化酵素和增強運動耐力,對於增進運動員的表現可能具重要之影響。
