題名:運動配合補充脫氫異雄固酮鹽對血脂質及胰島素敏感度的影響

目的:探討阻抗性運動訓練配合補充脫氫異雄固酮鹽(DHEA)對血脂質的影響,同時也進一步觀察血脂質的改變是否影響胰島素敏感度。方法:21名健康女性受試者(年齡40.0 ± 1.56歲、身高158.8 ± 1.17公分及體重60.4 ±1.64公斤),區分為DHEA組、運動組及運動DHEA組,參與為期9週實驗,第1週所有受試者先進行前測,並測定運動組與運動DHEA組於阻抗性訓練時的強度負荷。第2至8週期間,運動組與運動DHEA組每週訓練2天,而DHEA組維持正常作息。DHEA組與運動DHEA組於此期間,每天口服補充50毫克之DHEA。訓練結束後,於第9週所有受試者再進行與前測相同之後測評量。結果:運動組與運動DHEA組後測之仰臥起坐與3分鐘登階指數皆明顯高於前測。所有各組之空腹血糖與胰島素值前後測及組間皆無差異,運動組與運動DHEA組在訓練後三酸甘油脂濃度雖有降低的趨勢,但無顯著差異,然而兩組之總膽固醇則在訓練後明顯減少(E: 185.8 ± 12.4 vs. 135.7 ± 18.6; ED:190.2 ± 10.1 vs. 162.6 ± 10.3 mg/dl, p < .05),但兩組間仍無顯著差異。運動DHEA組後測之McAuley胰島素敏感度指數明顯高於前測(8.60 ± 0.27 vs.7.47 ± 0.47)。結論:本研究主要發現補充DHEA不影響體內血脂質濃度,且訓練過程中配合補充DHEA並不會使胰島素敏感度特別增加,運動訓練造成血脂質的下降,可能影響胰島素敏感度的改變。
Purpose: We investigated the effects of exercise with dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) supplementation on blood lipid, and survey whether the insulin sensitivity would be changed by blood lipid. Method: 21 healthy females (age: 40.0 ± 1.56 years; height: 158.8±1.17 m; body weight: 60.4 ± 1.64 kg) were assigned into three groups, included DHEA group, exercise (E) group, and exercise plus DHEA (E-DHEA) group. All groups were evaluated as the preand post- testing in the first and 9th week. From the second to 8th week, E and E-DHEA groups were instructed to perform resistance training twice per week, besides DHEA and E-DHEA groups orally took 50 mg DHEA every day. Result: E group and E-DHEA group both improved performance of sit up and 3 minute step test index after the treatment. There were no significant differences on fasting blood glucose, insulin, and triglyceride levels among three groups after 8-week treatment. Although E group and E-DHEA group reduced cholesterol level (E: 185.8 ± 12.4 vs. 135.7 ± 18.6; ED: 190.2 ± 10.1 vs. 162.6 ± 10.3 mg/dl, p < .05) after the treatment, but there were not different between groups. The insulin sensitivity of McAuley index was increased significantly in E-DHEA group after the treatment (8.60 ± 0.27 vs. 7.47 ± 0.47). Conclusion: The main finding of this study that blood lipid level was not affected after DHEA supplementation, and insulin sensitivity was not improved by exercise with DHEA especially. Deceased blood Lipid level by exercise training could be the factor for changing insulin sensitivity.
