本研究旨在探討高中學生家庭社經地位、休閒運動參與對生活品質的影響情形。研究對象針對臺灣地區高中學生採用分層比率隨機叢集抽樣進行問卷調查，共獲得有效問卷534份。資料經描述統計、積差相關及多元迴歸分析後，所得結論如下：一、高中學生的家庭收入愈高，則他們的生理與環境生活品質也就愈佳。二、高中學生投入休閒運動參與的頻率與時間愈多，且花費愈低，其生理生活品質愈好。

The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect caused by different family socioeconomic status and recreational activity participation on the life quality of high school students. This study took a questionnaire-based survey with a random-clustered sampling from high school students in Taiwan. Base on obtained valid 534 questionnaires under the method of ＂descriptive statistics＂, ＂correlation analysis＂ and ＂multiple regression analysis＂. The result found that: 1. For high school students, higher family income leads to the better physical and life qualities. 2. Spending more time on recreational activity frequently makes better physical life qualities of high school students, but on condition that it costs less.
