題名:探討短時間靜態伸展與肌肉適能的關係

柔軟度及肌肉適能為健康體適能項目,增加柔軟度的最簡單的方式為施做伸展操。本篇為短時間靜態伸展對肌肉適能是否有相對關係之文獻作探討。作者收集各國文獻並加以整理,將全文分為兩個部分:短時間伸展對運動之影響和伸展操對肌肉適能之相關研究。
