題名:增補含鉻能量糖對有氧及無氧運動表現的影響

目的:探討氧協同多重菸鹼酸鉻複合物 (NBC) 與含鉻能量糖 (UBE) 增補對有氧及無氧運動表現的影響。方法:受試者為12名大專體育科系男性學生 (年齡:20.3 ± 2.26歲;BMI:21 ± 1.17 kg/m2) ,採雙盲、安慰劑控制及平衡次序法進行不同增補處理 (NBC、UBE或安慰劑;劑量皆為200微克) 各一次 (每次間隔1週) ,增補後15分鐘依序進行原地跑步機之最大有氧運動表現測試,以及原地腳踏車之30秒無氧溫蓋特測驗 (Wingate test) 。測驗依變項包含最大攝氧量與運動衰竭時間之有氧運動表現、平均動力輸出與最大動力輸出之無氧運動表現,以及血乳酸。結果:受試者在增補NBC與增補UBE後之最大攝氧量 (NBC: 5.1%; UBE: 5.5%) 、延遲衰竭時間 (NBC: 2.1%; UBE: 3.5%) 、平均動力輸出 (NBC: 3.3%; UBE: 3.8%) 及最大動力輸出 (NBC: 9.4%; UBE: 12%) 皆顯著優於安慰劑處理 (p <.05),且增補UBE之衰竭時間也顯著優於NBC (p <.05) ,另外,增補UBE在溫蓋特測驗後之血乳酸濃度顯著高於增補NBC (14.3%) (p <.05) 。結論:NBC與UBE增補均能有效改善有氧運動及無氧運動之表現。若單就運動衰竭時間而言,由於UBE內含NBC及碳水化合物等其他成分,所以增補UBE更具有加成之效果。
