本研究以103年台南全國身心障礙國民運動會服務品質、滿意度及行為意圖之關係為研究主題,並以103年全國身心障礙國民運動會參賽選手為研究對象。本研究調查有效樣本284份,運用SPSS18.0與AMOS19.0統計軟體進行描述性統計與結構方程模式分析,研究結果顯示:一、服務品質對滿意度有顯著影響。二、服務品質對行為意圖未達顯著。三、滿意度對行為意圖之影響未達顯著。最後依據研究結果,提出後續研究建議與管理意涵。
