This study compared and analyzed the differences between the offensive and defensive skills of women’s single matches in Grand Slam Tournaments. Data were collected from the tennis players, who qualified to the third round in four Grand Slam Tournaments in the year 2012-2014. T test and one-way analysis of varience were performed using SPSS (20.0) and compared fourteen skill variables of each single match performed on different court surfaces. To sum up the total factors between winners and losers during the period 2012-2014 grand slam tournaments, the obtained data were statistically analyzed and tabulated. The results are as follows; 1). The three-year results showed the significant difference (p<.05) in 1 Serve %, winning % on 1st serve PTS and winning % on 2nd serve PTS, Ace, Unforced Errors, Receiving Points Win, Break Points Conversions %, Net Approaches %, Winning Including Service, and Total Point Won. 2). The results of offensive and defensive skills in 2012-2014 Grand Slam tournaments showed the significant difference (p < .05) in Ace and Unforced Errors 3). The analyzing factors of professional tennis players in 2012-2014 grand slam tournaments was technique of speed.
