台灣對於聽覺障礙者/聾人的心理諮商服務才起步,聾案主有其特別的需求,不僅是調整溝通方式就可以順利諮商。本文結合國內外相關助人者的實務經驗與研究,先從聾人的生活脈絡探討其心理狀態,再討論實施心理諮商時的注意事項與可用的策略,包括諮商前準備、建立關係與順利互動的策略、評估診斷、與手語翻譯員的合作及倫理議題等,期待提供心理相關助人者參考,望更多助人者能尊重案主並參與服務。
