The thesis aims to investigate the Judo player's values of campaign, commitment to the organization, and the athletics self-efficiency evaluation. The investigation is conducted by well-designed questionnaire, target on the Judo player with purposive sampling from 16 public and private high schools in Taiwan. The investigation tool is questionnaire with topics of values of campaign, commitment to the organization, and the self-efficiency evaluation. The content includes four categories of interviewee personal information in detail, rating scales of campaign values, commitment to the organization, and the self-efficiency evaluation. The total provided questionnaire are 400 copies, with retrieved 383 copies, 371 copies effective which amount to 92.75% of total. Data result was analyzed through the method of Descriptive analysis, Independent sample T test, One- way ANOVA, Canonical Analysis, and multiple regression. 1.There has the typical and positive correlation between the values of campaign and commitment to the organization. 2.The values of campaign and commitment to the organization can effectively predicate the athletics self-efficiency.
