以近年統計數據為基礎，估算澳門就業人口的生產力，以及其對經濟增長的實際貢 獻。結果顯示，澳門就業人口的整體生產力（包括技術進步、效率改善、規模效應等）取得了 實質性的增長，這也是帶動澳門整體經濟增長的主要因素。然而，酒店業和博彩業的勞動密集情 況相對突出，博彩業的勞動生產效益偏低，業界需採取提升生產力的措施，以確保生產效益和國際競爭力。

This paper estimates the productive forces of the employed population in Macau and their contribution to economic growth on the basis of the data in recent years. The results demonstrate that the whole productive forces of the employed population in Macau (including technological progress, improvement of effectiveness and scale effect) has achieved substantial increase and are also the major factors driving the whole economic increase in Macau. However, due to the acute labor-intensiveness of hotel industry, gaming industry and low labor productivity effectiveness of the gaming industry, the industries need to take action to improve productivity so as to ensure the effectiveness of industries and long lasting international competiveness.
