This research aim to explore the leisure constraints and negotiation strategies on ecotourism guide for parental accompany with elementary intermediate grade students. A convenience sampling method was adopted to survey the parents who participate activities with intermediate grade children. Total of 230 questionnaires were distributed and 221valid copies were retrieved, with a valid return rate of 96.08%. The data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, Independent Sample t Test, One-Way Anova, and Pearson's product-moment correlation. The result of research showed "interpersonal and activity conflict" in leisure constraints was the highest, "event planning" in negotiation strategies was the highest. Significant differences existed in both leisure constraints and negotiation strategies of parental accompany on ecotourism guide based on their background factors. The correlation between leisure constraints and negotiation strategies of parental accompany on ecotourism guide was significantly positive. It was suggested that parents can make good use of Internet networks to search related activities, expand relationships, and establish co-educated group to overcome the constraints and achieve the purpose of participating activities.
