本研究旨在探討證券從業人員運動參與、睡眠及生活品質的現況,研究工具為匹茲堡睡眠品質量表與生活品質量表,所得數據以SPSS for Windows 18.0 統計軟體進行描述統計、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t 檢定、變異數分析與多重比較分析,檢定結果達P<0.05即視為具有統計顯著意義。結果:一、有運動習慣員工比例為51.7%,平均每週運動1.5次,每次運動時間22.7 分鐘,運動強度在30%左右。二、平均睡眠總分為6.5 分,平均睡眠時數6.5 小時。三、運動習慣與睡眠品質及生活品質比較上達顯著差異(p<.05)。四、睡眠時數與運動參與程度、睡眠總分及生活品質比較上達顯著差異(p<.05)。結論:金控公司證劵部員工的運動參與程度與睡眠品質尚有改善的空間;財管部員工的運動參與程度明顯較差;運動習慣會影響睡眠品質,好的睡眠品質也可提升生活品質。因此,建議金控公司主管應重視這個結果,應積極規劃改善措施,鼓勵員工培養規律運動的習慣,以提升個人的健康與生活品質。
The purpose of this study was aimed to understand the relationship between exercise participation, sleep quality and healthy life quality in securities staffs of First Financial Holding. Questionnaires of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and International Quality of Life Assessment Short Form-36(SF-36) were used and data were processed by SPSS for window 18.0. The descriptive statistic, chi-square test, two independent samples T test and ANOVA coupled with the Scheffe multiple comparison tests were used to analysis. A significant difference is α=.05. The results showed: 1. 51.7% percentage of employees have exercise habits, mean exercise 1.5 times per week, and exercise intensity at around 30%. 2. Mean PSQI scores is 6.5, sleep duration is 6.5 hrs. 3. Exercise habits and sleep quality and healthy life quality significant differences (p <.05).4. Sleep hours and exercise participation and PSQI scores and healthy life quality significant differences (p <.05). We concluded the exercise participation and sleep quality of securities staffs of First Financial Holding should be improved, especially in Financial Management Department. Exercise habits will affect the quality of sleep, good sleep quality can also promote healthy life quality.We suggested the organizers of First Financial Holding pay attention of this outcome and planning improvements actively and encourage employees to have regular exercise habits in order to enhance their health and quality of life.
