由於學校是學習知識的重要基地，負有推行教育、培育人才之重責大任。因此，為了彌補學校正規教育中時間與空間上的限制，每一個大專院校都會設置圖書館及購置大量的圖書，以便讓學生在課餘時間來閱讀。隨著資訊科技的進步，無線網路及行動載具的普及，目前大部分學生都已經習慣利用手機或平版電腦來閱讀，但是，目前大部份的傳統圖書館卻沒有提供「電子書」讓學生可以利用行動載具來進行「行動閱讀」的機制。有鑑於此，在本論文中，將實際開發一套可以讓學生利用「行動載具」來進行「行動閱讀及學習」的行動圖書館之管理系統APP，並將現有的教學資源進行「整合再運用」，以便讓更多學習者得以分享。

For this reason, in this paper, the actual development of a set that allows students to use ＂Mobile carrier,＂ to ＂mobile reading and learning＂ action of the library management system APP, and the existing teaching resources ＂re-integration use ＂, so that more learners to share.
