Higher education in a 105 academic year has been incredible faced by a challenge. The freshman enrollment was from the 270,000 people to a substantial reduction of 25.2 million people. This recruitment crisis has been faced by many colleges and universities in Taiwan, especially the private universities bearing the brunt of the lack of business opportunities. In order to cope with the social changes, this study focuses on the current situation of the Yu Da university technology and science school development, innovation strategy, and the mechanism of transformation, and makes a comprehensive analysis to discuss the strategy of sustainable management to enhance the ranking of education and avoid elimination. Therefore, the purpose of this study is twofold: one is to explore the innovation and transformation of higher education from the point of view of the Yu Da university technology and science. The other is to investigate the diversified management strategy from the perspective of school innovative management. This study is a pilot study and we collect the data through school departments as evidence of empirical research. We use a questionnaire analysis to further explore the university important supervisors for the transformation of higher education experience and supportive attitudes, to provide university development strategy to make suggestions and the formation of consensus. In general, with the support of the school study and the attitude of the university supervisors, we investigate the implementation of the development of remodeling paradigm school at Yu Da university technology and science, which is an urgent priority.
