隨著科技的日新月異，使得社會環境快速變動，組織為求得永續發展，創新(innovation)成為了現今備受關注的議題。對學校組織而言，體育為培育良好國民體適能的最基礎環節，是不可或缺的重要層面。面對環境雙邊的挑戰，各級學校須主動迎合，透過創新經營的方式來改善服務品質，以因應劇烈的市場競爭。創新經營雖可以提高學校運作的效能，但若要達成永續經營的目標，則應為其經營策略設立標準加以檢視，評斷改善後之成果是否有達到卓越表現。爰此，本文以創新經營的理念探討其策略發展，並在卓越標準的檢視下，建議學校體育的經營宜強化一、外部資源的應用；二、主管領導的重要性及三、理論和實務加以整合等經營策略，促使學校組織邁向教學精緻與卓越表現，達成永續經營之目標。

For school organization, To cultivate better physical fitness of civil, physical education in schools will be a basic and necessary fundamental. Faced with the challenges of environmental change, schools at all levels should take the initiative to cater by enhancing the service quality through innovative management, which is adapting to fiercely market competition. Although innovation management can improve the effectiveness of the operation of the school, but to reach the goal of sustainable development, should set the standard for business strategy to review the outcome of the judgment whether the improved performance have reached outstanding.
