The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations among dancesport coaches' leadership behaviors, and team cohesion in 103 citizens games. The researcher took players who participated in 103 citizens games as research subjects through the questionnaire. Among them, 97 were valid. Data obtained in this survey was further analyzed applying T test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), post hoc pair-wise comparison (e.g., LSD), and Pearson correlation. The findings were as following: 1. There were significant differences (p<.05) on perception of coaches' leadership behaviors and team cohesion in female players than male players 2. There were no significant differences (p<.05) in team cohesion on player's times of training. 3. In team cohesion: there were no significant differences in different years of training on four dimensions: well-rounded interpersonal skills, team work, team adaptation and interpersonal attraction.
