The purpose of this study was to investigate the training satisfaction of the junior high school track and field athletes in Taiwan. The study aimed to compare the difference among personal background variables. The questionnaire was developed to survey the junior high school track and field athletes Random sampling method was adopted. 360 copies of questionnaire were distributed and 322 copies were valid returned. After data collection, SPSS for Windows12.0 Statistical Software Package was utilized to analyze the data. In conclusion, the five training satisfaction factors were ranked highest to lowest in the following: coach leadership, team relationships, training content, facility and equipment, and individual performance.
