本專案研究主要以輔導為目的,為提升文宏體育用品社整體業績的營運銷售,預定在二樓原有商場的部分區域,特針對銀髮族商品作專區整體空間規劃設計,做為與競爭對手區隔的方式之一。目前現場產品種類繁多,缺乏區隔性,未能針對中老年人銀髮族客群商品建立專區,在空間規劃方面,缺乏動線及整體性的設計。牆面商品展示陳列雖與整體空間呈現一致性但缺乏特色,其缺點為原有展示陳列較為制式傳統。天花板部分,燈光照明採用輕鋼架搭配日光燈照明,無法營造氣氛及顯現商品特點。本研究將對以上部分做實質的改善與規劃,特別從空間專區規劃設計、天花板燈光照明以及展示陳列方面等。
The main purpose of this project is to enhance the operational sales coaching Winhorn sports club overall performance of a predetermined area on the second floor in the original part of the mall space for the zone as a whole for the silver-haired merchandise planning and design, and as a way to segment rivals . At present the field wide range of products, lack of segmentation, failed to establish a zone for the elderly silver-haired audience commodity, in terms of spatial planning, the lack of moving lines and overall design. Although the walls and the overall trade show display space showing consistency but the lack of features, the drawback of original show display a more traditional format. Part of the ceiling, lighting with fluorescent lighting using light steel frame, can not create an atmosphere and show characteristics of the commodity. The study will be part of the above substantive improvement and planning, especially from the area of space planning and design, ceiling lighting and exhibition displays and other aspects.
