題名:團體督導中影響學校輔導教師學習之因素初探

本研究旨在探討學校輔導教師進行團體督導過程中,所知覺影響其專業學習的因素,包括有助益的因素與阻礙因素。本研究邀請到十二位受督導者,進行深度訪談。研究結果發現團體督導過程中影響受督導者專業學習的助益因素包括督導者的介入、成員的互動與團體歷程要素三個主要範疇。督導者的「建議與教導」、「示範」、「引導探問」、「支持與分享」有助於受督導者的學習。成員互動中,有助學習的因素包含「成員彼此討論回饋的啟發」、「成員的同理和支持」、「成員相似經驗的學習」、「督導者和成員對話的觀察學習」。團體歷程要素中,有助學習的因素包括「開放的團體氣氛」與「清楚團體督導的進行方式」。阻礙因素則以「成員彼此不熟悉」、「受督導者的分心與焦慮」,以及「團體督導時間有限」為主要阻礙受督導者專業學習的因素。本研究根據上述發現加以討論,並針對團體督導實務與未來研究提供具體建議。
