公共圖書館為拓展服務面向，並籌措圖書館服務之資源，近年來不少圖書館積極結合企業或民間單位資源，進行閱讀推廣或館舍興建等類型之跨界合作，國立公共資訊圖書館2016年起推出閱讀全壘打系列活動，跨界整合公私部門不同團體之資源，為潛在讀者提供良好的閱讀體驗。本研究分析閱讀全壘打合作案，企圖探討跨界合作的執行方式與影響因素，以建構推展圖書館服務較可行的跨界合作模式。

In order to extend the service of the public library, more and more libraries incorporate with enterprises or companies to promote reading service. National Library of Public Information began the “Home Run Reader Program” back in 2016. This program integrates the resources of organizations and the private sectors, and provides wonderful reading experience for potential readers. This study analyzed the “home run reader program” and attempted to explore the execution and impact factor of this Crossover cooperation. The goal of this study is to find out the feasible model of cooperation between the library and the enterprise to promote library service.
