With the ageing of the population, the demand for long-term care resources and care services is increasing. Manpower is the core of the long-term care system. Adolescents are one of the most urgent resources in the future care services. It is an urgent task for adolescent to be willing to take care of the industry. The purpose of this study is to develop solutions program through actual interviews, and to plan training courses for adolescent to take care of human resources. This study is based on the study of the demand for care services, the current status of training and the attitudes of adolescent towards the elderly. The research methods are literature analysis and depth interview, and literature analysis is the core of research papers and training courses published by government departments. The depth interview included two long-term care institution owners, one long-term care association chief executive officer, two nurse aides, and two long-term care department students in the university. Finally, this study combines the literature and interview materials for curriculum design, and plans the manpower empowerment program for adolescent - long-term care seed experimental program. This study hopes to develop appropriate curriculum design for adolescent long-term care services to attract young people into the care industry, and to enhance the positive attitude of adolescent towards the elderly and to establish a correct career concept.
