The continuous evolution of the era has evolved from the traditional form of grocery stores to hypermarkets, convenience stores, and supermarkets, and so on. PX Mart, one of Taiwan's leading retailers, has two outstanding retail forms, namely, hypermarkets and convenience stores. At present, it has succeeded in establishing a good brand image in the minds of Taiwan's consumers. This research aims to explore PX Mart with five force analysis of its operating environment, to provide an in-depth understanding of its operations management, and to find out how the company's promotional plans will be implemented. The implications of the findings for retailing managers are also discussed.
