題名:不同推桿握把尺寸對高爾夫球員上肢動作的影響

本研究目的為探討優秀選手與初學者使用不同推桿握把尺寸對於上肢動作的影響。以8位大學校隊選手及8位初學業餘人士參與本實驗。透過3D動作分析系統將推桿動作分期,並蒐集使用粗、中等及細推桿握把尺寸下,推桿過程中前導手肩、肘、腕關節角度變化情形。研究結果發現初學者使用中等握把尺寸推桿時的方向控制性較差,且在使用中等握把尺寸時其肩關節角度較小、肘關節角度較大,肘關節角度變異係數百分比(coefficient of variation %, CV%)亦顯著少於其他握把尺寸,另外在比較優秀選手與初學者使用中等握把尺寸推桿時,在肩、肘關節角度下達顯著差異。本結論為,握把尺寸並不會影響推桿過程之上肢動作趨勢,但技術較不精熟的球員使用較符合手部大小之握把時,會顯現肩關節角度減少、手肘伸直之情形。研究建議若欲改善推桿動作表現,推桿握把尺寸非優秀選手之首要考量。
The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of different size putter grips on kinematics of the upper extremities of elite and novice golf players. Eight elite college golfers and eight novice players were participated in this study. Hand size of each golfer was measured at 19 cm from the wrist to the tip of middle finger. A 3D motion analysis system was used to register each phase of the putting stroke and while recording the angles of shoulder, elbow and wrist of the lead hand during the putting stroke. The results revealed that novice players had decreased direction control with the medium-sized grip, as they exhibited a greater inward shoulder angle and a greater elbow joint angle. The coefficient of variation (CV) percentage for the angles of the elbow was also significantly lower with the medium-sized grip compared with other grip sizes. In addition, a significant difference was found in the angles of the shoulder and elbow between elite golfer and novice players when they used medium-sized grip. Based on these results, we conclude that the size of the putter grip does not affect the kinematics of the upper limb extremities in elite golfers. However, a decrease in accuracy of direction control, greater inward shoulder angle and straighter arms were found in novice players when they used the medium-sized grip. Our study suggests that putter grip sizes may not be the major concern for the elite golfers to improve their putting performance.
