This study uses text analysis, literature review, and questionnaire distribution to investigate the correlation between college students' Internet use behavior and cyberbullying cognition. The survey is conducted by Taiwanese university students using a questionnaire survey、t-test、ANOVA analysis and descriptive statistical analysis yielded the following results. The main findings of this study are: 1. The difference in gender has significant differences between cyber bullying cognitive and cyber bullying. 2. The difference in internet usage time has significant difference between cyber bullying cognitive and cyber bullying. 3. The difference in grades has significant differences between cyber bullying cognitive and cyber bullying. 4. The problem of situational simulation has the highest correlation with bullying.
