The Philippines is a multiracial country whose social culture includes the influence of different cultures such as Spanish culture, American culture, Islamic culture and Chinese culture. This paper will study the "Hua" culture and local cultures presented in the poems by three senior poets of the Philippine Chinese modern poets - Yunhe, Hequan and Xie Xin. "Hua" refers to, as overseas Chinese, how poets describe Chinese culture, and how to respond "Chinese"; "Local experience" refers to how the poets, who move to Philippine when they grow up, describe the local indigenous culture, diet and living habits, the language of indigenous and immigrant, as well as their own reflection. But when the poets reflect for the "Chinese nature", they promote the trend of their poetry on the local concern. So when the poets look around the real life of the Filipino society, there are portraits of modern urban life, the description of the mixed and the fusion of ethnic groups, the reflection of Philippine history and local identity. All these characters represent the Philippine Chinese Modern Poetry with divergent and colorful literary images.
