目的：目前尚不清楚乾癬患者是否達到身體活動建議量及健康體位對降低乾癬嚴種程度之機率。因此，本研究主要探討乾癬患者身體活動、健康體位與乾癬嚴重程度之關聯性。方法：以長庚紀念醫院皮膚科乾癬患者為研究對象，有效樣本計129位。研究問卷使用「國際身體活動量表－臺灣短版」問卷，並利用身高體重計測量受試者身體質量指數及研究者協助評分乾癬嚴重程度。結果：達到身體活動建議量與乾癬嚴重程度無關聯性，但無不良習慣者較容易達到身體活動建議量（勝算比=2.67）。男性健康體位與乾癬嚴重程度有顯著相關，顯示男性非健康體位罹患中重度乾癬之機率較高（勝算比=4.65），且無慢性疾病者較容易有健康體位（勝算比=3.26）。建議：建議臨床醫護人員未來在男性乾癬患者之治療策略，將健康體位納入考量，期望能有效降低男性乾癬患者身體質量指數，使男性乾癬患者有利於體型控制在健康體位，進而減少乾癬嚴重程度。

Purpose: It is unclear whether meeting the physical activity recommendation and achievement of healthy body weight is associated with lower odds of psoriasis area severity in patients with psoriasis. The purpose of this research was to investigate the associations of physical activity, healthy body weight with psoriasis area severity index among patients with psoriasis. Methods: A total of 129 patients with psoriasis in Chang Gung Memorial Hospital of dermatology were recruited. Short version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire, body mass index and psoriasis area severity index (PASI). Results: The results showed that achieving physical activity guideline was not associated with psoriasis area severity index. Subjects who had no unhealthy habits were more likely to achieve physical activity guideline (odds ratio:2.67). By stratifying by gender, unhealthy body weight was positively associated with psoriasis area severity index only in men(odds ratio:4.65). In addition, the subjects who had no chronic disease were more likely to achieve healthy body weight (odds ratio:3.26). Conclusion: It is suggested that promoting healthy body weight among the patients with psoriasis treatment is beneficial to improve psoriasis area severity in man.
