High-tech factories, the high economic effects brought by their products, often neglect the crisis and disasters behind them, such as the April 28, 2018, in the Gingpeng printed circuit board factory in Pingzhen District, Taoyuan City. It is the most serious incident in recent years, and it has once again caused doubts about the fire management of high-tech factories. This study first uses the literature exploration method to find out the fire risk factors in high-tech factories, and then uses the fire node analysis design questionnaire to investigate the severity and probability of these risk factors, and then use the operational risk management integration software (ORMIT) assessment. Arrange the order of risk and propose specific improvement measures for high-risk risk factors of high-tech plants.
