腹腔內熱化療（hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy, HIPEC）是利用高溫化學藥物在腹腔內持續灌注，來達到治療腫瘤的效果。近年來，由於腹腔內熱化療降低卵巢癌後期的死亡率及復發率，因而成為治療腫瘤的新選擇。目前國內外較少有文獻完整清楚說明腹腔內熱化療病人手術全期護理。本文主要目的為呈現手術室護理師應具備腹腔內熱化療治療相關知識與技能之重要性，並提供病人完整且連續性的照顧，同時更可預防手術室病人及工作人員曝觸化學物質的危害，以提升手術室的護理品質。

Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) involves a continuous infusion of high-temperature chemotherapeutic drugs into the abdominal cavity for tumor treatment. In recent years, HIPEC has reduced the mortality and recurrence rate of late-stage ovarian cancer and has thus become a new choice for tumor treatment. At present, Taiwanese literature fully explaining the nursing care of patients undergoing HIPEC in the operating room is scant. This article contends that operating room nurses should have relevant knowledge and skills in HIPEC care. This may contribute to improving complete and continuous care, enhancing the health of the operating room patients and staff, and improving overall quality of care.
