面對音樂數位串流的潮流，「時大音樂」透過開發STAR MUSIC App以進行數位轉型。透過這個真實的案例，學生可以從個案中了解，外在音樂巿場的變化，迫使唱片公司不得不藉由科技應用
來改變經營模式。藉由時大音樂App 諸多待改善的問題，進行需求分析與平台轉換的效益評估，
開發方案的選擇、最後透過敏捷開發的步驟，將需求轉為產品待辦清單與迭代規劃，確保專案如
期完成。讓學生從中學習到串流平台的選擇，以及如何透過敏捷開發的步驟，確保系統開發的時
效與品質。
本個案的核心議題為：總經理健忠老師責成專案經理謝孟其，進行平台轉換效益評估與開發方法的選擇，並採用敏捷開發的Scrum框架，確保系統開發的時效。

To keep up with the trend of online music streaming, Great Time Music Co. Ltd. started a digital transformation project to redesign their mobile application “STAR MUSIC App”. Using this project as
a real field case, students can learn how to execute the whole project including system analysis and
agile software development. Starting from clarifying the current issues of STAR MUSIC App, students
then have to prepare and propose a redesign plan, so they will learn how to identify the requirements
and provide cost-benefit evaluation of the project. In the meanwhile, students will have the chance to
go through the Scrum project management method step-by-step.
The core issue of this case is: Mengqi Xie, as a project manager, uses system analysis, cost-benefit
evaluation, and advantages of agile development method to persuade president to re-develop STAR MUSIC App under a controlled schedule and budget.
