The purpose of this study was to determine the physiological difference of Blood. Saliva. Urine PH, Body Temperature and Pulse Rate between pre-exercise and past-exercise. The subjects participating in this study Consisted of 15 health, male college students who are majoring in physical education. The Number of the subjects was 20-23 years of age. All subjects performed work on tread-mill. Experiments were carried out at the same rate 200m/min for period of 5' and 5° uphill treadmill. Within the limits of this study. I made the following Conclusions: 1. After exercise, Leucocytosis, Hemoglobin, Urine PH Were signific-antly increased (P<0.05). 2. Although there was no significant difference between pre-exercise and past-exercise on R.B.C., yet the Number of R.B.C. in past-exercise increased 8.4%. 3. Urine PH and Body Temperature were not affected by exercise. 4. Pulse Rate in Past-exercise was significant more than that in Pre- exercise (P<0.001).
