The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the teachers' ratings of student's expression behaviors in group activity and 5 variables. There are 633 effective samples were selected from 54 Junior High School, were rated by their teachers. The results of this study were indicated as follows: (1) The students' expressive behavior of Junior High Schools in group activity by teachers' rating leaned toward positive; (2) There are no significant difference between Teachers' Ratings of Students' Expressive Behaviors and their Grades or Enrollment District. (3) There is no significant difference between Teachers' Ratings of Boy Students' Expressive Behaviors and Girl Students' but on the two aspects of Take Good Care of Public Property and Keep The Order are very significant difference between Boy and Girl Students. (4) There are very significant difference on Teachers' Ratings of Students' Expressive Behaviors among Three Different Kind of Class, or High, Middle and Low Achievement Student. On the end of this study, 9 suggestions were offered as follow: (1) to build a certification system of Community Services Ratings, that will be reasonable and workable. (2) to separate complete Rating the Morality Education and Community Services Education. (3) to integrate the Assessment on The Contents and Level of Community Services. (4) to strengthen the Attitude of Teachers' Ratings. (5) to stress the Guidance of Students' Behaviors. (6) to improve the Function Will of School Guided Work. (7) to encourage the student to joing activity that will be useful their Physics and Spirits. (8) to continue and expand the Study of Group Activity Behaviors.
