題名:創造性問題解決之訓練對於創造思考能力及抗拒變革的影響

這篇研究的目的旨在探討創造性問題解決之訓練對於創造思考能力及抗拒變革的影響。68個企管系學生中23人自願參加實驗組,接受一天的創造性問題解決之訓練,其他人則做為控制組,以拓弄思圖型創思考測驗及作者自的抗拒自動化問卷為後測,結果發現創造性問題解決之訓練,對於創造思考能力及抗拒變革都有顯著的影響。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of creative Prablem Solving training on Business Administration majors’ creative thinking abilities and their resistence to change. 23 undergraduate students volunteered to participate in a one-day creative problem solving training program, while the other 44 students served as control group. The pasttest scores from the Tonance Test of Creative Thinking, Figural form A and a self-made Questionnaires on the resistence on the automization showed that Creative Problem solving training had significant effects of the creative thinking abilities and the resistence to change.
